Boxing is in Lim’s blood. Starting at just 6 years old, he was born into a boxing family and has spent a lifetime immersed in the sport. His passion, experience, and commitment to the craft are evident in everything he does—both in and out of the ring.

Lim has been coaching elite-level boxers for over 15 years, working with national and international champions, including former world champions “Wild” Will Tomlinson and Susie Q Ramadan—one of Australia’s most decorated female fighters. But Lim’s expertise isn’t just from the corner—he’s been in the ring himself.

As a decorated amateur, Lim won silver medals at the State and National Championships in 1994, before going on to claim gold in both in 1995, along with the prestigious title of Amateur Fighter of the Year. In 1996, he won gold at the North Queensland Games and turned professional shortly after.

Lim’s professional career was just as impressive. In his first year, he fought 6 times in 6 months, capturing the Victorian State Title and earning the Norm Foster Award for Best Preliminary Fighter of the Year. By 1998, he was crowned the Australian Professional Boxing Champion.

With over 15 years of experience in both personal and group training, Steve is a seasoned fitness professional dedicated to helping people become stronger, more resilient, and more confident in their bodies.

A qualified Certificate III & IV Personal Trainer, Steve specialises in strength and conditioning and has coached a wide range of individuals—whether beginners, everyday gym-goers, or aspiring athletes—to real, lasting results.

Steve’s background as a professional AFL footballer spans 12 years and 170 games with the Western Bulldogs. His elite sporting experience is backed by his Level 3 High Performance AFL Coaching accreditation, giving him a unique edge when it comes to developing athletic performance and mental toughness.

Known for his motivating style and high standards, Steve is passionate about helping you unlock your potential, overcome challenges, and achieve your fitness goals—no matter where you’re starting from.

Reg has been involved in all aspect of boxing for over 30 years, from competing through to training fighters. During this time he has won several State and National Amateur Titles, and has trained several State and National Champions. Reg has a professional Boxing Trainers Licence and is a qualified strength and conditioning coach. He brings his depth of experience and knowledge with him to all his personal training sessions, giving clients the confidence and guidance of a robust trainer.

Luke has a passion for all things health and fitness and loves helping people reach their goals whether it’s boxing, losing weight or getting in shape. He has been a Personal Trainer and Certified Boxing Trainer since 2018 and runs an outdoor fitness company.   He has a love for Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Football. He played Football at a senior level and competed in both Victoria and Perth championships.

Az is a former Victorian, Australian and Oceania champion. Az represented Australia in international competitions and world championships in Doha, Qatar. Turning professional in 2017, he has been sharing his admiration and enthusiasm for the sport while coaching athletes and non fighters. Az loves a challenges and loves teaching people from the ground up. Az also has a passion for Coffee.

Mark is a 3 x Australian Welterweight champion (2007/2008/2011) and 5 x Victorian Champion. Mark’s boxing career has taken him all over the world competing in Samoa, Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic. He has represented Australia in two world championships in Milan and Baku, and was Winner of the prestigious Arthur Tunstall Trophy – Best Amateur Boxer in 2008. Mark’s one-on-one training has enhanced numerous fighters’ skills and assisted many non-fighters with their transition into the ring.

Jodi has been a Certified trainer for 6 years and is passionate about inner health and fitness. She has a strong knowledge of nutrition and can guide you to a stronger, fitter and healthier you. She has experience in powerlifting being trained by one of Victoria’s power lifting champions. Has the ability to cater programming to suit your needs including, strength, conditioning, boxing and HIT. circuits.

Oisín brings over 7 years of boxing experience, with 35+ fights representing both Victoria and Australia across interstate and international competition. Most recently, he claimed the 2025 National Golden Gloves title.

With his sights set firmly on Olympic qualification before transitioning into the professional ranks, Oisín trains and competes at an elite level.

Sam Dimond brings over 6–7 years of dedicated boxing experience, beginning his journey in the sport at the age of 16. With more than 10 amateur bouts under his belt, he has developed a strong technical foundation and a deep respect for the discipline, resilience, and mindset that boxing demands.
Alongside his competitive boxing background, Sam has a strong passion for overall fitness, including strength training, conditioning, and cardiovascular performance.
